  • Overview

    Provides executive support to the Chief Care Transformation Officer along with the Leadership Team. The Executive Assistant must possess excellent time management and organizational skills. Prioritization and multi-tasking is a must.  Incumbent will exhibit a professional appearance and understanding of business etiquette and demonstrate common sense and discretion when dealing with sensitive business matters. This role will be based either in Renton, WA or Lakewood, WA.


    • Coordinates executive and management calendars to ensure that required meetings and other executive activities do not conflict.
    • Provides miscellaneous travel support to the Management team. This support includes hotel, airline, and local transportation arrangements and reservations, the preparation of pre-departure itineraries reflecting all travel and temporary stay arrangements, arranging for the delivery of required tickets (as necessary and usually to the office), and coordinating the trip with other principles with whom the Management team will be traveling or meeting. Upon completion of travel, the Executive Assistant assists with the reconciliation of the travel expenses of the Management team and, if required, the preparation of the Company travel cost summary form. This reconciliation may necessitate obtaining clarification of expense items from travel or credit card vendors.
    • Prepares weekly and monthly and ad hoc reports for management. Maintains and updates written instructions for preparing the reports as needed.
    • Orders office and kitchen supplies as needed.
    • Acts as marketing support for Washington to include business cards, prescriptions, and wall art.
    • Attends in person and virtual meetings; records minutes, and tracks actions.
    • Coordinate catering needs and other related activities with management for meetings.
    • Drafts and finalizes routine correspondence on behalf of the Management team.
    • Act as receptionist to welcome and direct guests and phone calls.
    • Acts as recruiting support though assisting in scheduling, checking Applicant Tracking System for new applicants, pulling data and resumes to compile for the Chief Care Transformation Officer.
    • Accurately updates and maintains Washington state documents including the roster, team-based docs, onboarding supplies, and orientation.
    • May be requested to perform other administrative or clerical duties in support of the business activities of the Management team.  
    • Performs other duties as assigned. 


    • College degree from an accredited university, will consider additional years of experience in lieu of a college degree.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in providing administrative support required, and a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
    • Advanced written, oral and interpersonal communications skills required
    • Ability to function with tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
    • Experience to include advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.), as well as proficiency in all areas of office administration
