    The selected candidate will develop and deliver recruiting strategies that ensures Concerto Healthcare selects the very best candidate while providing an exceptional candidate experience for top talent through researching and sourcing channels and will build and sustain talent communities. As a client-facing Talent Acquisition Partner you will partner closely with others in Talent Acquisition, HR and hiring managers to understand the hiring need, build targeted sourcing plans and work directly with the hiring managers’ expectations along the way.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation pipeline strategies using all available and creative tools and techniques (TA Director)
    • Effectively recruit for Physicians, Nurse Practicioners, Physician Assistants and RN's within the organization.
    • Conduct pre-screen telephone interviews with candidates from resume submittals and sourcing. Compile information regarding education, experience and training to present to the hiring manager.
    • Recommend the best candidates according to the needs, coordinate phone interviews, and schedule in person interviews with the hiring manager. Work with Director, Talent Acquisition to review/analyze interview results, extend formal job offers, and negotiate terms while adhering to legal guidelines.
    • Build diverse candidate pipelines and long-term candidate relationships (TA Director)
    • Create a stellar candidate experience in identifying and anticipating candidate needs, follow issues to closure, collaborate with key leaders to maximize candidate experience and meet the expectations of the business
    • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR to ensure the right talent is being identified and hired
    • Effectively represent and market the Concerto Healthcare brand, the organizations business objectives, and career opportunities to potential candidates
    • Get to know the industry and apply knowledge of the marketplace to help fill positions
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to create and deliver comprehensive, compelling and competitive offers
    • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of full life cycle recruitment experience required
    • Full-cycle recruitment experience
    • Experience within the HealthCare industry, specifically Physician and Nursing recruiting.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate sensitive messages to business leaders
    • Strong working knowledge of local salaries and other compensation details
    • Sense of urgency and prior experience working in fast paced environment
    • Demonstrated consultative and solution oriented approach to search engagements
    • Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders and human resources to gain a deep understanding of department culture and business strategy to ensure identified talent is well suited to the role.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, tactful, good negotiator, ability to influence others
    • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) applications, ICIMS a plus
    • Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.)
    • Interest and aptitude for learning highly technical subject matter
    • Professional, high energy, engaging personality that comes across over the telephone and in person
    • Highly articulate, well-developed, effective written and verbal communication skills used to gather information and engage potential candidate's interest in Concerto
    • Comfortable cold-calling and making numerous telephone calls
    • Excellent negotiating skills coupled with strong ability to handle objections effectively
    • Strong organizational skills (especially as they relate to data collection and reporting), a multi-tasking style and project management approach
    • Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws pertaining to employment, including the Fair Labor Standards Act.
