Summary:

 

The Regional Medical Director will be responsible for all clinical practice and care for the regional care centers and field-based clinical practice. The Regional Medical Director will also provide support and education to care managers, social workers and other members of the clinical support team.    ­­­

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Management of all clinical functions in all of the regional clinical centers
  • Management of the Lead Physicians in each clinic
  • Clinical Performance reviews for all clinical functions related to all direct
  • clinical reports
  • Management of all policy oversight in all the regional clinics
  • Monitoring of patient satisfaction in each clinic
  • Monitoring of clinical documentation and quality outcomes of all providers
  • Management of clinical productivity by clinic and provider
  • Training and licensure requirements for all clinical staff
  • Participation in interdisciplinary care team meetings
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  •  Board Certified Licensed MD
